This CANCELLATION POLICY outlines the procedures and conditions for cancelling subscriptions purchased on our apps and websites (collectively, the “Platform”), and all related services provided by KahaniKids.ai (collectively, the “Services”), via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding subscription cancellations.
General Terms
Subscription Management : Subscriptions to the Platform are managed directly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on the platform used to purchase the subscription. This includes initiating cancellations, managing subscription renewals, and updating payment methods
Auto-Renewal : Subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it before the renewal date

Cancellation Process
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap on your name at the top of the screen to access your Apple ID
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Find the subscription for KahaniKids.ai and tap it.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your cancellation
Effectiveness of Cancellation Once you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for the next billing cycle, but no refunds will be provided for the current period.
Google Playstore
Cancellation Process
- Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.
- Tap on your profile icon in the top right corner.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
- Select the subscription for KahaniKids.ai
- Tap Cancel subscription and follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your cancellation
Refund Policy
Apple App Store Refund requests for subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are handled by Apple, in accordance with their refund policies. You can request a refund by:
● Visiting Apple’s refund page and following the instructions, or
● Contacting Apple Support directly.
Google Play Store Refund requests for subscriptions purchased through the Google Play Store are handled by Google. You can request a refund by:
● Visiting Google Play’s refund support page and following the instructions, or
● Contacting Google Play Support directly.
Note: Refunds are generally not granted for partially used billing periods, except where required by law.
Effect of Cancellation
Access to Content : After you cancel your subscription, you will have access to the Platform’s premium content and features until the end of your billing period. Once the billing period ends, your access to premium content will be revoked.
Downgrade to Free Tier : If applicable, your account may automatically downgrade to a free tier of service, which may have limited features compared to the paid subscription.
Reactivating a Subscription
Reactivation : You can reactivate your subscription at any time by following the same steps used to cancel the subscription by selecting the option to renew or subscribe instead.
Pricing : Upon reactivation, you will be charged the current subscription price, which may differ from the price at the time of your original subscription.
